Deputy Minister of Health Hon Halima Daud-MP is currently attending 2023 Africa Health ExCon, the largest annual Medical Exhibition and conference in Africa being held in Cairo, Egypt.
The health Excon aims to create a sustainable platform connecting the world healthcare buyers and suppliers under one common roof, giving the chance for All healthcare partners to interact together as well as supporting the flow of trade business.

The Deputy Minister visited children’s cancer hospital to appreciate how the hospital is supporting the health service delivery amongst children in the country.
During the African Health Excon, the deputy minister will also have chance to Learn from Egyptian Government on how they have started reaching Hepatitis Elimination Status from 12% prevalence in 2016 to 2% in 2022.
