By Burnett Munthali

Parliament’s Legal Affairs Committee has announced the launch of an investigation into allegations of misconduct against High Court judge, Justice Ken Manda, in an effort to uphold the rule of law and protect public interest. The inquiry seeks to address growing concerns about the integrity of judicial decisions made by the judge.

Dimba noted that this is not the first time the committee has received complaints against Justice Manda.
