Human Rights Advocator Sir Charles Ben Longwe, says MCP strategies of dismantling the DPP, UDF and other opposition parties through “dividing and rule” principle have failed completely for 5 years and what remain is age limit bill against former President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika and Smartmatic Machine to declare President Chakwera the winner in the September, 2025 elections.
Ben Longwe said if there’s a man not sleeping is President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera who is questioning himself what he has done for all Malawians to be against him and has turned himself to a dictator after everything he planned could happen in 5 years of running government, has failed.
He said President Chakwera is arrogant and has failed to govern Malawi and instead, he has turned himself into a dictator because all the means to dismantle opposition parties for MCP to remain alone in a country of democracy have failed terribly.
Speaking from his Hard Knocks university, Ben Longwe said President Chakwera and the MCP have moved together with 3 corrupt court judges who are still working in the Judiciary expressing fears that after elections in September, 2025 these 3 judges will be a hard-nut to crack by opposition parties.
Ben Longwe said corruption has entered into the house of the Lord saying he still has benefit of doubts that since President Chakwera joined frontline politics, the Malawi Assemblies of God Church has not gone to the State House to evaluate how their member is running the country.
He said the Malawi Assemblies of God church leader Reverend Dr. Dube is silent just the same as Public Affairs Committee (PAC) members who have been giving President Chakwera ultimatums of 90 days for 5 years only to come out of the state house with Khaki envelops.
The Advocator said no wonder God is angry with President Chakwera and other men and women of God for playing apart in the destruction of the country through corruption claiming that everything which is being done in secret at the state house, God is revealing to Malawians.
“President Chakwera’s leadership has failed, arresting former President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika for drum up charges has failed, dismantling opposition parties has failed and what is remaining on the table is age limit bill and Smartmatic machine,” said Ben Longwe.
He said the recent SONA delivered by President Chakwera in Parliament on 14th February, 2025 has exposed billions of Kwachas stolen through completed projects on paper but on the ground, they are not existing, saying this demand Malawians to know how much MCP has stolen in government.
Ben Longwe has assured the MCP government that patriotic Malawians will not allow their leader to be on the ballot paper on the 16th September, 2025 demanding President Chakwera to address Malawians in as soon as yesterday where the money has gone for the completed projects on paper.
