Embers of Discourse Book was published on 12th April, 2025 representing a deep dive into complexities of faith, science, and the wildfires in the face of increasingly devastating wildfires which have made California and Los Angeles a ground zero for a complex and multifaceted crisis.

Speaking in an interview, Sunganimoyo said this Book is a must-read for anyone seeking to understand the complex dynamics at play in the face of environmental disaster saying the book is offering a compelling vision for a more holistic and sustainable approach to addressing the challenges of their time.
Sunganimoyo said the Book is targeting scholars, researchers, and anyone interested in the intersections of faith, science, and environmentalism, the book sales are just beginning saying whether one is a scholar or spiritual seeker, will be inspired.
He said he began writing “Embers of Discourse” Book in 2018 and it has taken him several years to complete saying the research and writing process involved collecting ideas, stories and insights from various sources.
“I started collecting ideas for this book when I joined several groups on face book, I was fascinated by the discussions and debates and realized that those online conversations could be the foundation for “Embers of Discourse” Book,” said Sunganimoyo.
He said he collected stories and ideas from different religions and non-religion groups, these stories were collected on social media platforms saying he received support and guidance from various individuals including academic, mentors, peers, and family members, their contributions are acknowledged in the book.
Sunganimoyo has finally thanked members of face book groups who shared their stories and ideas which formed the basis of this book and is looking forward to hearing from readers and engaging in discussions about the books themes and ideas.
