Bakili Nuluzi TV online television station has claimed that the Malawi Congress Party (MCP) and its leader President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera knows that Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika is winning the 16th September, 2025 elections.
The television station has claimed that two Institute of Public Opinion and Research (IPOR) and Afro-Barometer surveys plus the recent National Intelligence Service’s (NIS) survey which has put Professor Mutharika at 53 percent and President Chakwera at 33 percent, are all indications that Professor Mutharika is heading for victory.

It has alleged that soon after the NIS presented its report to President Chakwera, an emergency meeting was called alleging that Director of Media Services for the MCP Gospel Kazako was in attendance to employ 21 journalists 7 in the North, 6 in the Southern Region and 8 in the Central Region to announce results from MCPs fake tally centres.
Bakili Muluzi TV has alleged that one tally centre has been planted at the Deputy Commissioner of Police’s house Ackis Muwanga, Police headquarters senior officers mess, house of Ivy Tembo in Dedza and at Nguruyanawambe state lodge in Kasungu.

He said beside promising tight security for the 16th September, 2025 elections, Army Commander General Dr. Paul Velentino Phiri is fully aware of these fake tally centres just the same as he did with the tragic death of Dr. Saulosi Chilima and eight others, in the Chikangawa forest on 10TH June, 2024.
The TV station has allegedly claimed that Army Commander know where the crashed plane which carried Dr. Chilima and eight others, black box is hidden and is pretending not to be aware in the same way as he reported on the Dr. Chilima’s death.
He has also alleged that MACRA’S boss Daud Suleiman is busy with his plans of switching down all towers of telecommunications from 15th to 16th September, 2025 so that there will be no network coverage and the only network available will be for the Smartmatic transmission of results.
Bakili Muluzi TV said just as police officers from the central region manning polling centres in the south, teachers from the centre will be deployed in the south questioning Mec why doing this as if southern region has no trusted teachers to be on its payroll.
He has informed the nation that opposition political parties are not sleeping, Britain, USA and the European Union have organized a special tally centre to be receiving credible results right from constituency tally centres across the country.
The TV station has claimed that ballot papers already marked for President Chakwera will enter the country from Mozambique through Mwami border in Mchinji, Mwanza and Chiponde border in Mangochi and will go straight for their safety to the named fake parallel tally centres of the MCP.
“If Malawi wants peace, law and order to continue prevailing in the country, Mec Chairperson Justice Annabel Mtalimanja must be very careful,” said Bakili Muluzi TV.
He has warned the Electoral body that if it announces the results from Ackis Muwanga fake parallel tally centre, the whole country will be on fire and Justice Mtalimanja will pay the price for inciting violence and political unrest in Malawi.
