Blantyre City Deputy Mayor, Isaac Jomo Osman, made a significant contribution at the launch of Phalyce Mang’anda’s two gospel albums, purchasing them for MK600,000 during an event held at Robinspark in Blantyre.

Before making the purchase, Osman requested the singer to perform one of her standout tracks, “Ayambira Ine.” The Deputy Mayor praised the song’s message, particularly its inspiring line: “Though you are uneducated, you can make it in life.”

“I love this line. It speaks to the heart of perseverance and determination, which is something we all need to remember,” Osman said as he announced his contribution of MK600,000.

Honorable Mary Navicha followed closely behind with a contribution of MK500,000, demonstrating the strong support for Mang’anda’s work.

The gospel album launch, titled Anakubala, attracted an impressive audience, underscoring the widespread admiration for Phalyce Mang’anda’s music. The event was a success, both in terms of attendance and financial support, marking a significant milestone in the artist’s career.
