UTM President Dr. Dalitso Kabambe attended Eid Mubarak prayers in Mangochi today, Monday, 31st March 2025.
The prayers took place at M’baluku Mosque, a significant place of worship for the Muslim community in the district.
Dr. Kabambe’s presence at the mosque highlighted his commitment to engaging with people of different faiths and acknowledging the cultural and religious diversity of Malawi.
The event attracted a large gathering of worshippers who had come to observe the important religious occasion marking the end of Ramadan.
Eid Mubarak is a time of joy, unity, and gratitude, and Dr. Kabambe took the opportunity to extend his well wishes to the Muslim community in Mangochi and across the nation.
His attendance at the prayers demonstrated his recognition of the role that religious institutions play in fostering social cohesion and peace in the country.
Local leaders and religious figures welcomed Dr. Kabambe warmly, appreciating his gesture of solidarity with the Muslim faithful.
During the event, he engaged in conversations with community members, listening to their concerns and aspirations.
