An online radio station, Limpopo FM has accused Minister of Homeland Security Hon. Ezekiel Ching’oma of lying to the nation that activist Sylvester Namiwa was beaten and left to almost half-dead because the organizers of the demonstrations did not agree on monetary issues.
Limpopo FM said it is sad that the whole Minister can deceive Malawians that money sharing with fellow organizers costed Namiwa’s life advising the Minister to learn to speak the truth that tomorrow his words should not implicate him but rather save as truth.
The Radio’s Nkhanga zaona presenter Comrade Ntanyiwa, said pictures that were in circulation were revealing the attackers confronting Namiwa head on meaning that he was targeted for death saying it was unfortunate for the attackers to leave him half-dead.
Ntanyiwa said the pictures themselves showed 10 attackers pouncing on Namiwa advising the Minister to accept that he has failed in his job joining calls by Malawians and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) that he must resign from his duties.
The activist has asked Ching’oma to condemn in strongest terms possible MCP thugs for putting his job under the microscope that he has been blacklisted by Malawians alongside with Army Commander General Dr. Paul Velentino Phiri, Inspector General of Police Marylyn Yolamu and Richard Chimwendo Banda.
He has sent phone numbers and locations of the attackers to the Army Commander and Inspector General of Police so that tomorrow they should not deceive the nation that they are still investigating the thugs while they are in their houses.
Comrade Ntanyiwa said Malawians are all aware that police and MDF cannot arrest these thugs basing on the fact that they belong to “Boma ndilomweli silikuchoka” but reminding them that these thugs have destroyed the image of the MCP back to square zero as it was during the period before the country received multiparty democracy in 1994.
According to the list of attackers’ ring leaders, Area 23 is toppling to have many MCP thugs who have been terrorizing innocent people, seconded by Area 36 and Mchesi while some thugs are coming from Areas 44, 49 and 25.
Comrade Ntanyiwa has since appealed to patriotic Malawians that they have seen the MCP of President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera repeating the atrocities committed by the MCP of Kamuzu Banda speaking for itself that MCP is MCP, it cannot change to the better, they have a DNA of killing people in Malawi.
Ntanyiwa has finally appealed to Malawians not to vote for President Chakwera and those that are standing as MCP parliamentarians and councilors on the 16th September, 2025 observing that many” Malawians have already written in their hearts that never again to the MCP.
