Ramadan resigns

In a twist of events, Nsazurwimo Ramadan has resigned from his post as Mighty Mukuru Wanderers Head Coach just after two months on Sunday 26th May 2024.

This comes as Wanderers faced a crushing defeat for the second time this season, falling 2-0 to the Mzuzu City Hammers at Mzuzu Stadium on Saturday.

After their first defeat last Sunday at the hands of league leaders Silver Strikers, who also beat them 2-0, Wanderers were desperate for a comeback. Despite featuring a new starting eleven, the team’s performance remained lackluster.

We gathered that before the game yesterday some key Wanderers players were ill and doubtful to play, adding to the team’s woes.
