Longwe assures Malawi Police of his coming

Sir Charles Ben Longwe….I can withdraw my statement only if the judge withdraws the injunction……

A concerned citizen from the North who is wanted by Police for issuing threats at judges and courts in Malawi, Sir Charles Ben Longwe, has assured the Malawi Police Service [MPS] of his coming to Malawi and is only waiting to receive his Warrant of Arrest.
Longwe thanked the Malawi Police for responding to his violent message after failing to do the same with Chakwera boys who were trained at Mtakataka Police College and DPP cadets who were using Police vehicles to terrorizing innocent Malawians.
He assured the Police that once he received the Warrant of Arrest he will inform them that he has started his journey to Malawi traveling on foot through the bushes to Area 30 in Lilongwe to be arrested and prosecuted.
Speaking through an audio clip from South Africa, Longwe said he can only reverse his statement against the judges if the judge who produced an injunction to Dr. Kondwani Nankhumwa withdraws the injunction but failing which no, he is not scared and not apologizing to anyone.
Longwe said Malawi has no Leader of Opposition for two years questioning the judge who produced an injunction to Dr. Nankhumwa that who did he consult as 12 Members of Parliament who signed their signatures are also puzzled to see their names there.
He asked the Police to go to court to meet the judge to withdraw the injunction and let Dr. George Chaponda be Leader of Opposition for peace to come assuring the Police that if the courts continue to give the poor injustices, they have declared war on Malawians.
The citizen said Malawians cannot be watching to see judges destroying the hard-won democracy, injustices and preventing parties to choose their own Leader of Opposition, saying Malawians are ready to fire back until the judges start delivering fair justice regardless of how one is rich or poor.
He said it is not surprising to see the Judiciary sending the poor like Mussa John of Kachere in Blantyre to Prison for 8 years while letting Castel Managing Director pay one million Kwacha for one year, saying this is total injustice to the poor.
…..’’If 12 MPs including Noel Lipipa are saying they were not consulted for Nankhumwa’s injunction, who did the judge consulted to sign for these MPs on their behalf, this is speaking for itself that the Judiciary in Malawi is rotten and corrupt,’’……said Longwe
