Executive Chairperson of Mulli Brothers Limited (MBL Holdings) Leston Ted Mulli hailed government of Malawi under the leadership of Dr. Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera for organizing the first _ever Malawi _India Business Dialogue,which attracted around 38 Indian investors exploring different opportunities in Malawi.
The ceremony which took place at Bingu International Conference Center in Lilongwe has seen two companies of Mulli Brothers Limited, Sunrise Pharmaceuticals Limited and Celcom Limited signing Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with Yash Enterprise of India and Keltron Electronics.
In his quick remarks with Zodiac online reporter,Mulli announced that the two partnerships will enable local production of various pharmaceutical products and soon Malawi will experience the manufacturing of Laptops under his company, Celcom Limited.
Present at the function was Hon Michael Usi who represented the minister of Trade and industry,urged Indian investors to make vital investments in the country.
During the event, MBL Holdings Limited Executive Chairperson Leston Ted Mulli also presented gifts of Chombe Foods which includes rice,tea,tsabola and groundnuts to 38 Indian investors.
