Bakili Muluzi TV online television station, says lies and contradictory statements which are being at the ongoing fresh investigations surrounding the tragic death of Dr. Saulosi Chilima and eight others, are a testimony that murder took place in the Chikangawa forest on Monday 10th June, 2024.

The Activist said Mr. Joshua Valera forgotten to read the MCP inquiry report of December, 2024 when he presented a contradictory statement that Chilima went to the funeral service of Ralph Kasambala at his own wishes.

He has questioned Mr. Valera and Malawians that if Dr. Chilima went to the funeral service by himself, would he be given MK 5 million from the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC) as condolences to the Kasambara’s family?

Bakili Muluzi TV said Ralph Kasambala died in Lilongwe, his body was taken to Blantyre on 8th June, 2024 and the following day, Kasambara’s wife Maggie, said the body would by travelling by road to Nkhatabay and it was Kasambara’s friends and lawyers who said Kasambara’s body will be taken by air to Mzuzu and then to Nkhatabay by road.Recovered items shed light on Dr. Chilima plane crash scene

He said it was quite strange to see someone testifying before the Parliamentary Adhoc Committee that the Kasambara’s family, lawyers and friends contributed money to hire an MDF aircraft to carry the remains of Ralph Kasambara to Nkhatabay, asking Malawians, which family is this?

The Activist said the MCP inquiry report said on 11th June, 2024 they found the crashed plane but on the night of 10th June, 2024 at eleven minutes to 10 government officials were communicating that Dr. Chilima and all passengers including the crew members were dead, sending condolence messages.

He said Dr. Chilima and eight others, were tragically killed at 10:00 a m, search mission for the missing plane started at 6 pm and by 9 pm they were ordered to go home and come back the following day morning to resume searching, is this not enough evidence to arrest those who conspired to kill Dr. Chilima and eight others?

Bakili Muluzi TV said government negligence in the handling of the plane crash, is a strong evidence that Dr. Chilima and eight others, were tragically killed saying according to the laws of International Civil Aviation Organization, a plane crash site needs to be protected and not tampered with, clearing the crash site before investigations, is an offence.

He said the MCP took graders to grade the crash site reminding Malawians that on 8th January, 2020 Iranian soldiers accidentally shot down a civilian Ukrainian aircraft killing all 176 people on board, and destroying the black box, there was world condemnation on this.

Bakili Muluzi TV said someone in Malawi is refusing that Dr. Lazarus Chakwera didn’t kill his Vice President Dr. Saulosi Chilima and eight others, and is praying for him to testify before the Adhoc Committee on the same evidence which has proved that Dr. Chilima and eight others,were tragically killed, describing this, as nonsense.
