Vice President Dr. Michael Usi joined mourners today in honoring the life of the late Dr. John Mataya during a funeral ceremony held at Kapesi Village, Traditional Authority Kachere, in Dedza District. Delivering a eulogy on behalf of President Lazarus Chakwera and Vice President Dr. Michael Bizwick Usi, Minister of Information Moses Kunkuyu expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved Mataya family and the wider Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) community. Kunkuyu praised Dr. Mataya’s contributions to various sectors, highlighting his impactful roles in the civil service, private sector, and religious community.
