On Wednesday, the Dr Jane Ansah Foundation distributed 30 cattle to Muslim communities in Malawi to commemorate Eid Al-Adha.

The initiative was aimed at assisting families observing the festival of sacrifice.

Fifteen cattle were handed over to Madina Mosque in Mchesi, Lilongwe.

The remaining fifteen were allocated to various mosques in Salima District to broaden the reach of the support.

He noted that the donation would allow many Muslim families to celebrate Eid Al-Adha with dignity and joy.

Sheikh Mussa also requested assistance from the Vice President of Malawi, who founded the foundation, to complete a mosque house project.

He explained that the building has reached the roofing stage and still needs 14 roofing sheets.

He advised the mosque leadership to collect the remaining roofing sheets the following day.
