Kalindo said the Indian appeared before the court on Friday and during court proceedings, his lawyer pleaded for bail and the Magistrate said he will hear the bail application the following day.

He said it is sad that an Indian who was beating young children was secretly released describing this as putting the record straight that Malawi is blanketed by corruption from the president, ministers, local Authorities, chiefs down to ordinary citizens.

” Where did it happen that before hearing a bail application, the suspect is released? This is telling us that Malawi courts are rotten, corrupt and compromise,” said Kalindo.Kalindo calls DPP to do sole – searching on electricity blackouts

He has observed that foreigners are being favoured in Malawi and they have more powers than the owners of the land suspecting that money has bought an Indian freedom and justice.
