Hindu Community Erects 11 Boreholes In Thyolo And Mulanje

Hindu Community of Blantyre has erected 11 boreholes worth K65 million in Thyolo and Mulanje.

During handover ceremony in Juma village in the area of Sub-Traditional Authority Nguluwe, Hindu Community member Satish Zala says funding for the project has come from some of their members who were born in Thyolo and Mulanje but are now based in the United States of America (USA).

“It is the wish of our USA-based members to see our people drinking safe and clean water,” he says.

Group village woman Juma says they are thankful to the community for the support, which has come at the right time.
