Former President and DPP leader Peter Mutharika is set to address the nation on Friday this week on various issues that are happening in the country.
Party spokesperson, Shadric Namalomba has confirmed the development in a statement.
This is a rescheduled address after cancelling the previous one that was slated for last Wednesday, 28 February 2024.
Mutharika will comment on recent attacks on his party’s supporters in Lilongwe and state of economic affairs in Malawi.
But Namalomba said the main message in the address would go to President Lazarus Chakwera, who is also Malawi Congress Party-MCP president.
