
Vice President Jane Ansah Leaves for UK on Private Visit

Vice President Justice Dr Jane Ansah has departed the country for the United Kingdom on a private visit.
Justice Dr Ansah left Malawi through Kamuzu International Airport in Lilongwe, where she was seen off by officials from her office alongside other senior government representatives.

According to information released, the Vice President is travelling on private business and is expected to be away for approximately two weeks. She is scheduled to return to Malawi thereafter to resume her official duties.
No further details were immediately available regarding the nature of the visit to the United Kingdom.
Government officials have assured the public that state functions will continue uninterrupted during the Vice President’s absence.
