The Netball Association of Malawi (NAM) has announced that this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will focus on reviewing the association’s performance over the past years, as well as setting the tone for future progress.
NAM General Secretary, Yamikani Kauma, said the meeting will provide an opportunity to reflect on both achievements and challenges, while also mapping out strategies for improvement.
“The AGM is an important platform for us to evaluate what has been accomplished and where we need to improve as an association,” Kauma explained.

In addition to the review, the meeting will also feature elections, with members set to choose new leaders who will steer the association in the coming years.
The AGM is scheduled to take place this Saturday in Lilongwe, where delegates from across the country are expected to attend.
The gathering comes at a time when Malawian netball continues to raise its profile on the international stage, thanks to the Malawi Queens’ participation in global tournaments. Stakeholders are hopeful that the meeting will lay down a stronger foundation for the growth of the sport in the country
