Bakili Muluzi TV online television station has called for reforms in the Judiciary to see to it that all those that are suspected to have committed corruption related and criminal charges are not released on court bail for the law to be equally as in Denmark.

Bakili Muluzi TV said in 2016 after noting that corruption was high in all government sectors and high on the list of people involved in corruption activities were politicians, a new law was drafted as part of Reforms in the Judiciary that no judge to issue an injunction stopping the police from investigating anyone regardless of ones position in government.

He said today, Denmark leads the countries where corruption is a thing of the past, the rich and the poor are going to the same schools and hospitals meaning that all that are paying tax in the country are happy.

The activist said Malawi is a country of shame where the Judiciary is rotten and compromise claiming that Colleen Zamba who stole billions of Kwachas from government coffers just like all those that have money and their money have bought for them justice and freedom, will be release on court bail.

He said President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera stole shepherd dogs from State House and after learning that the police have obtained a search warrant from the court to go to his residence, he went to the same court to obtain an injunction stopping the police from searching the dogs at his residence.

Bakili Muluzi TV has questioned Malawians that with these unrealistic injunctions the court is granting to those suspected to have committed various offenses, the country will not move forward demanding the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) to reform the Judiciary.

He said Malawians were awakened that there are judges who are siding with evil to continue happening in the country when an injunction was granted to MCP panga wielding thugs stopping the police from re arresting them speaking for itself that the courts are defending wrong doers.

The activist said President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera borrowed K24 trillion in just 5 years of his rule for travelling around the globe including riding a bicycle in Germany with no fruits for the country and its citizens.

“Corrupt judges are clapping hands at him for doing a good job of destroying the country, money is speaking justice,” said Bakili Muluzi TV.

He said unless the country has gone into reforms for the judiciary to be like in Denmark where all suspects are not obtaining a court injunction stopping to be investigated, Malawi shall not see the light, it will continue to sail through in darkness where money will be used to buy justice in court as it is happening today.

Bakili Muluzi TV has urged all Malawians regardless of their political party affiliations to join hands in calling for urgent reforms in the Judiciary for the law to be the law and it has to be applied equally regardless of how one is.
