The DPP leader pointed out that a detailed investigation is essential not only to uncover the truth but also to provide closure to the families affected by the tragedy. “An independent and thorough inquiry is crucial for ensuring accountability. People deserve to know what happened and how such a tragedy could occur,” Phiri noted.
