Minister of Information and Digitalisation, Moses Kunkuyu, has asked postal service operators to consider reaching out to underserved communities living in the country’s remotest areas that are disconnected from the information superhighway. He said this in Ntcheu on Friday during this year’s commemoration of World Post Day. “Government believes that a connected citizen is an empowered individual.
