Temwa scores as Tabitha debuts
Temwa Chawinga has recorded her 16 goal of the season after scoring the third goal for Kansas City Current in the team’s 3-0 victory over Washington Women in the National Women’s Soccer League on Saturday morning in USA.
Nichelle Prince put KC Current ahead on fourth minute before Lo’eau LaBonta doubling the scores on 31st minute and Chawinga finished the job with a well taken goal on 69th minute.
She has now left with two goals equal the League’s record of most goals scored in a single season and will need three to set her own record in the League.

Meanwhile, Tabitha Chawinga has made her official debut as Olympic Lyonnais thump Fleury 91 2-6 in the Arkema Premier League on Friday night.
Tabitha was a starter in the match and was replaced by Le Sommer on 67th minute of the game leaving without a goal or an assist.
