On this fateful day, MCP panga wielding thugs attacked Namiwa in full view of MDF soldiers and police officers who did nothing to rescue Namiwa but just watching, proving itself that there presence there was not to provide security but standing together with the attackers.

Video clips and footages of the incident of Namiwa being bruised went viral to all media platforms with millions of Malawians condemning security officers for doing nothing to rescue Namiwa from the attackers.

President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera commented nothing to the video clip in circulating, he was in his business as usual, staying quiet and speaking quietly looking not concerned.

In a dramatic turn of events, Lawyer for the accused persons George Jivason Kadzipatike, obtained a court injunction stopping the police from further arresting the thugs only by way of court summons, this ruling surprised many in Malawi with some people labelling the court as corrupt, rotten and compromise.

Appearing in court on Wednesday, suspected MCP thug’s lawyer George Jivason Kadzipatike was nowhere to be seen forcing the presiding Magistrate Shukran Kumbani to adjourn the case to pave way for the suspects to find another lawyer to represent them in the case.

State Prosecutor Prescott Mwayiulipo, pleaded with the court to continue hearing the case claiming that the case is taking too long to be completed due to adjournment after adjournment.

A Malawi Congress Party (MCP) diehard of Mvera in Dowa district Mr. Rodgers Kamphangala, has thanked lawyer Kadzipatike for making a u – turn to the case claiming that the case has overwhelming evidence that MCP thugs did the act of evil to please their masters who were sponsoring them.

Kamphangala said Kadzipatike is a good and respected lawyer saying he deserve to be respected by all Malawians and as such, his legacy should not be destroyed by himself siding with terrorists of the MCP.

” Bravo!!! That’s the way to go Kadzipatike, don’t allow criminals to escape jail because of your hands and mind,” said Kamphangala.

He said finding another lawyer to replace Kadzipatike will take MCP thugs another year and this will be a lesson to all the youth in the country not to allow themselves to be used by politicians for advancing their personal gains.

The MCP diehard has warned all the youth hired to cover President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera at his residence from being arrested by police that care must be taken, tomorrow, they will find themselves singing Boma ndilomweli silikuchoka mpakana 2084 behind bars.
