MZUZU, MalawiNBS Bank plc has announced that approximately 320 families have opened accounts under its innovative Family Banking Service since its launch on January 18 this year, a development the bank has described as a strong indication of growing customer confidence in the product.

Chikusilo noted that the Family Banking Service was designed to provide families with a convenient and integrated banking solution that allows members of a household to manage their finances more effectively while enjoying a range of banking benefits.

“The response has been impressive. Since the launch of the Family Banking Service in January, around 320 families have already opened accounts under the initiative. He added that the bank expects the number of customers enrolled in the service to increase significantly following the introduction of infinite cards, a premium banking offering that provides customers with access to various banking platforms and services across the globe.
