The United Democratic Front (UDF) has described the death of its former Secretary General, Kennedy Makwangwala, as a great loss to the nation.
The party said Makwangwala was a great leader who served it with passion.
Makwangwala died Tuesday morning in Blantyre after a long illness.
According to the funeral programme released by the UDF, burial will take place tomorrow at his home village at Chikande, Inkosi Makwangwala’s area in Ntcheu.
Makwangwala, served as a member of Parliament for Bwanje between 1994 to 1999.
