By Suleman Chitera Sep28,2022

The 33rd General Assembly of the Livingstonia Synod of the CCAP is underway at EKwendeni Mission Station in Mzimba.

Over 400 delegates have been drawn from different Presbyteries under the Synod of Livingstonia in Malawi, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

The four-day conference seeks to elect the new Synod’s Deputy General Secretary and Moderator-Elect among others.

The Assembly was initially scheduled for Bandawe in Nkhatabay but later it was cancelled due to rising cholera cases in the district.

The theme for the General assembly is: ‘Demonstrating a transformative Christian life in the world of uncertainties.’
