24 Motorcycles And 6 Vehicles Impounded In Ntchisi
Police in Ntchisi have impounded 24 motorcycles and 6 motor vehicles to curb increasing road accidents involving motorcycles in the district.
Spokesperson for police in the district, Yohane Tasowana says the iimpounded motorcycles are those whose cyclists carried more than one pillion passenger and those who do not put on helmets
“While the vehicles are the ones whose drivers had no driving licence, those vehicles without Certificate of Fitness and Insurance deemed not road worth vehicles,” explains Tasowana.
