President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera…..the black box will set him free, without it, no peace and reconciliation
A bona-fide citizen of Malawi Bantu Saunders Jumah, says truth and only truth on the tragic death of Dr. Saulosi Chilima and eight others, is only what Malawi is looking for, praying to God to bless Archbishop Thomas Luke Msusa for standing on truth and all gullible people discrediting him and the Roman Catholic Church must feel shame on themselves.
Jumah has advised government that if it wants to conduct a credible commission of inquiry, it should include family members of the deceased, UTM, Church organizations and CSOs faulting President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera wrong for the choice of members in the commission.
He said the black box will provide the truth and only truth and healing saying peace and healing will come out the day truth will come out to the people observing that the country is in darkness as no one knows what killed Dr. Chilima and eight others, in the plane crash.
Speaking through a Revolutionary voice, Jumah said until the day the black box speaks, that day will be for healing and without the voices from the black box, no peace and reconciliation reminding Malawians that this is not 1991, this is multiparty democracy.
Jumah said Archbishop Msusa is the only righteous man among the faithful ones to come out open that he is not satisfied with the commission’s inquiries on the death of Dr. Chilima saying all Malawians are owing him a gratitude.
He has questioned the MCP the motive behind organizing secretly fake concerned faith leaders to discredit Archbishop Msusa and the Roman Catholic Church in Malawi on the basis that politics should be left to politicians and the gospel to church leaders.
The bona-fide citizen has condemned in strongest terms possible the fake concerned faith leaders for not standing on truth but gullible for money out of speaking lies to please the MCP and President Chakwera to discredit the true man of God.
He said if the fake concerned faith leaders were for truth, they would have gone to Chikoko Bay Mangochi to meet President Chakwera that only truth will set him free and not to fight Archbishop Msusa through an organized Press Conference in Lilongwe.
“Politicians in the names of Atati Mphakati, William Kanyama Chiume, and others, had no space to enter the country to speak the truth, it was the same Bishops they are discrediting today, condemned dictatorship and one-state government in Malawi,” said Jumah.
He said this is the time for President Chakwera to reshuffle all of his advisors to choose people that will tell him what he doesn’t know and not what he wants to hear observing that the very same MCP which conspired to kill Catholic Bishops in 1992 and closing the church’s doors in Malawi is the same failing not to stand on truth.
Jumah has dismissed claims made by the fake concerned faith leaders that Archbishop Msusa’s words have potential to incite violence and divisions in Malawi arguing that the MCP itself is inciting violence by wanting citizens to keep quiet and saying nothing on the death of Dr. Chilima and eight others, in the Chikangawa forest on 10th June, 2024
