President and Commander in Chief of the 14th registered Revolutionary Party Muvi wa Chilungamo, Bantu Saunders Jumah, has advised patriotic Malawians praying for electoral Alliances ahead of the 16th September, 2025 elections to question themselves what is the importance of Alliances and whose benefit.
Jumah said if the Alliances are for the good of the country, one could have called for an Indaba of all the opposition parties to come together to answer the question, why the Grand Alliance of Nine political parties forming the Tonse Alliance failed.
He said President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera had to spend a lot of resources allocating alliance partners to embassies, contracts and tenders which did not help the country and citizens in any way but individual partners in the alliance.
Speaking through his second edition of civic education campaign, Jumah has observed that political party leaders are talking more about the position of running mate describing this as personal gains and not for the country and its citizens.
Jumah said the upcoming September, 2025 elections will give chance to Malawians to break the chains of injustices, corruption and deep state secret which have destroyed the country claiming that the country has never seen transformation since 1964.
He said the choice is with the people themselves to have two options: voting for patriotic citizens that will take their taxes and give them back or greedy citizens who will play around with their taxes for personal gains.
The MRP President has warned Malawians that without carefully scrutinizing the candidates to be voted for, they are going to elect crooks, gangsters, thieves, mafias, and corrupt people saying Malawians cannot to continue to live in another 5 years of lies and deception.
“People must not make the second mistake of voting for wrong leaders into government, we need to elect futuristic leaders, the past has no future,” said Jumah.
He has appealed to radio stations in Malawi to broadcast his civic education campaign messages to Malawians so that on the 16th September, 2025 they should vote for futuristic leaders with mindset change ideas for their country to move forward and not backward.
Jumah said there is no new Malawi coming on the 16th September, 2025 without people who are the voters changing their mindset observing that the wind of political change which started blowing in West Africa in Mali, Senegal and Burkina Faso will blow over Malawi, mindset change is the answer.
