Airtel Money To Allow Customers Pay For Goods And Services By Scanning a QR Code.

Airtel Money has unveiled a new innovation that will allow customers pay for goods and services by scanning a QR Code.

The new Scan and Pay feature will also allow customers to send money by scanning the Code.

Airtel Money Director, Brighton Banda speaking during the unveiling of the product at the company’s head office in Lilongwe, said the innovation will enhance customer convinience .

Integrated in the new My Airtel Mobile Application that can be installed in Smartphones, the innovation allows payment through registered outlets in supermarkets, groceries and restaurants among others.
