Dowa District Council Purchase K160 Million Grader

Dowa District Council is optimistic its revenue base will improve following the purchase of a 160 million kwacha grader that will be hired to private entities, among others.

Council Chairperson, Richard Kasanje, says the heavy machinery vehicle has been bought using resources from District Development Fund – DDF.

He adds the grader will also benefit wards by improving road conditions at a reasonable fee.
