ETG SOYBEAN CRUSHING PLANT TAKES SHAPE

Minister of Trade Mark Katsonga Phiri says the establishment of a Soybean Crushing Plant in Lilongwe will contribute to the socio-economic development of the country by generating forex and creating job opportunities.

The Minister said this when he visited the plant which is being constructed by AVC Industries, a subsidiary of Export Trading Group (ETG).

The company will among others be responsible for extracting edible oil, and processing soya bean meal and animal feed.
