FND Write ACB To Investigate President Chakwera Son Nick Chakwera On Allegations On K750 Million Pharmacy Deal

By Suleman Chitera Oct14,2022

The Forum for National Development (FND) has written the Anti-Corruption Bureau to investigate Nick Chakwera, a son to President Lazarus Chakwera on allegation that he bought a Pharmacy in Blantyre at K750 million

The letter which is signed by its National Coordinator Fyson Chodzi is also asking the ACB to investigate Nick Chakwera on allegation that he owns a stone crasher planted at Nathenje and there are rumours that it was bought by a construction company at the tune of K1.1 billion which won many major roads and infrastructure projects in the country and bought the crasher as kick back after his influence in awarding of contracts to the company.

The organisation further asked the bureau to do a life style audit to the presidency and their families to ensure that the people around the presidency are beyond reproach.
