Francis Chinjoka Gondwe, Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM) has died.
ICAM’s Marketing and Public Relations Manager, Patrick Achitabwino told MBC Online that Gondwe died earlier today in Mangochi.
He further said Gondwe was celebrating his birthday with his family at one of the lakeshore resorts.
Currently, the cause of death is not yet established.
Gondwe then Board Chairperson of mHub was appointed CEO of ICAM in 2017. He has been instrumental in championing a marketing plan for the institution and its strategic plan.
