Former Secretary to President and Cabinet, Lloyd Muhara and business magnate Leston Mulli are out on bail after their arrest on Tuesday.
Among others, Chief Resident Magistrate Madalitso Chimwaza has ordered the two pay a cash bond of K500,000, one surety bonded at K10 million, not to interfere with state witnesses and appear at Area 30 Police headquarters in Lilongwe once every fortnight.
