Suleman Chitera Justice Chimbizga Kacheche starts hearing a case in which Mulli Brothers Limited is contesting the decision by Attorney General Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda to have the company blacklisted and barred from transacting any business with government.
The company is also challenging the decision by the Ministry of Health and the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Authority (PPDA) not to extend a contract for providing warehousing and distribution services of long-lasting mosquito nets
