A man based in Mzuzu identified as Frighton Phombo has asked a magistrate court in Mzuzu to open a case against ACB director Martha Chizuma for revealing public dealing in the leaked phone conversation.
The court has since directed Malawi Police Service, ACB and Director of Public Prosecutions to do an investigation in the case and provide their findings to the court in 90 days from today 7 April.
