Some National AIDS Commission (NAC) staff had a rude awakening this morning when Lilongwe City Council (LCC) officials sealed buildings housing their offices at Area 47 in Lilongwe.
The property belongs to CP Properties and LCC blocked access to the offices due to non-payment of city rates by the property owners.
Scores of officers were embarrassingly denied entry into the premises before the matter was later resolved
