By Suleman Chitera Nov16,2022

Ombudsman Grace Malera says she has not received any communication notifying her office of the NOCMA Board’s decision to fire Hellen Buluma.

Malera said she is not aware of Buluma’s firing, “my office has not received the letter”.

Malera has also told us that Buluma’s resignation does not respond to her determination since the determination was never directed to her but the Board of NOCMA.
