Sendeza Joins Clean-Up Campaign

Member of Parliament for Lilongwe South West Jean Sendeza has led the people of Chigwilizano in Lilongwe in a clean-up exercise complementing the government’s efforts to ensure proper waste management in the country.

Sendeza said sweeping public places like markets is crucial as it helps to ensure a clean environment and avoid exposure to diseases like cholera in such places.

On his part, Senior Chief Malili of the area, said people in different communities need to step up efforts to ensure that they adhere to hygiene practices.
