Suleman Chitera Secretary to the President and Cabinet Colleen Zamba has called on controlling officers in the Civil service to adhere to set expenditure control measures to ensure effective service delivery in the civil service.
Zamba made the call at the opening of a second meeting for Capita Hill controlling officers at MIM in Lilongwe.
