Tonse Alliance Fraudsters Hit Admarc

By Suleman Chitera Nov10,2022

Former Board Chairperson for ADMARC Alexander Kusamba Dzonzi has told the Joint Parliamentary Committee that the parastatal was involved in several fraud activities between 2021 and 2022.

For instance, Dzonzi said authorities at the corporation forged signatures to purchase poles worth K37 million and failed to recover K39 million in insurance coverage for their vehicles and acquired loans amounting to K43 million at the expense of the corporation.

He also alleged that the Acting Head of Finance for the company insured 12 personal vehicles in 2021 and in 2022 he obtained insurance coverage for his 14 personal vehicles.
