Malawi Freedom Network At least one student is feared dead and several others have sustained injuries after a vehicle that carried University of Malawi Students got involved in a road accident in Salima afternoon hours of Saturday, 28th January, 2023, as they were on their way back home from school.
According to the eye witness, Jacob Shalom Jezi, a vehicle registration number MC 2612 had a tyre problem in Salima District and when students were getting out of the vehicle, another vehicle coming from behind registration number MH G3484 hit some of the students.
Meanwhile victims have been taken to hospital in the district.
