Malawians regardless of their political party affiliations welcomed this new development considering the fact that the country has for many years been importing fertilizer from overseas countries into the country.

Kaliza Banda said Atupele Muluzi is one of the powerful politician in the country and cannot wake up from his bed to cook up a lie that some powerful people not politicians have closed down the much – touted fertilizer manufacturing company in Dowa district.

The citizen has appealed to President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika to intervene if the reports as alleged by Atupele Muluzi are true and advising him.not to allow those surrounding him.to destroy his legacy saying Malawians are wishing him a happy political retirement in 2030.

” Mr. President, let this issue be investigated, and disciplinary measures must be effected to those who have closed down a fertilizer manufacturing company to benefit Malawians,” said Kaliza Banda.
