Former MASM chief commerical officer has been Sentenced by High Court judge Ruth Chinagwa to serve in prison for 35 years.
The 35 years is the highest sentence of 3 counts he was answering.
Chinagwa handed down a 35 years sentence to Ngomwa for defilement, 25 years for rape and 4 years for doing indecent acts with a minor…both sentences with run concurrently.
Ngomwa was accused of sleeping with his underage niece he was staying with.
