Atupele Cheers Up Displaced People In Bangwe

Former UDF president Rt. Hon. Atupele Muluzi visited the people who are affected by Cyclone Freddy in Bangwe Township earlier today.

Hon. Muluzi who was warmly welcomed by Ward Councilor Isaac Osman was accompanied by his dear wife Madam Angela Muluzi.

Speaking to the victims, Hon. Muluzi who is viewed by many Malawians as their next president said he was deeply shocked by the suffering the people are going through, adding he will do as much as he can to help those that are affected.


“My wife and I are saddened to witness the pain you are going through.
I promise that I will do everything possible to help you and others”. He said

The youthful and visionary leader did not only console the people with words but as well as loads of essentials such as; Warm clothing, Cooking oil, Maize flour, Sugar, Milk and many more.

The people rejoiced and expressed gratitude for the gifts of love and sparing time to visit them.

He intends to visit other affected people in Lunzu, Blantyre tomorrow.
