In a landmark ruling delivered by a nine-judge panel on Tuesday, the court found that the unauthorized merging of polling centres and failure to address election complaints compromised the integrity of the vote.
The decision overturns a February 2026 High Court ruling that had upheld the election of DPP’s Francesca Theula Masamba.
