Members of the Burundian business community in Machinga have lamented that they are incurring losses in their businesses in the aftermath of tropical #CycloneFreddy.
Leader of the grouping, Kwemera Samadou says most of their customers have been affected by the disater in the southern region.
Kwemera disclosed this on Friday when the group donated assorted food and non-food relief items worth K1.2 million to 2, 758 survivors at Chilala primary school camp in Machinga.
A survivor, Roda Mulewa has expressed gratitude for the donation, but says she needs help to rebuild her house.
