Suleman Chitera As one way of enhancing childhood learning and development, DPP MP for Mwanza West, Joyce Chitsulo on Friday, January 6, 2023 presented iron sheets to the people of GHV Biriwiri, Senior Chief Ntchache for the construction of Community Based Childcare Centre (CBCC).
Early Child Development program includes preschools known as community based childcare centre, parenting groups which are volunteer – based.
Speaking during the handover, Chitsulo said her vision is to make a difference in early childhood development and break the barriers to their education and proper brain development.
Senior TA Nthache received on behalf of the community and he thanked the MP for the initiative.
